Private real estate credit

Miami hard money lender — private real estate credit for $1M–$100M+

Borrowers often use the term hard money lender. Matchpoint is a private real estate lender focused on first-position business-purpose financing.

Hard money, private money, and private credit are often used interchangeably. The useful distinction is not the label. It is whether the lender can underwrite a large, complex real estate transaction, commit with certainty, and close.

Matchpoint’s published Miami Beach work includes a $72.5M first-position acquisition and construction facility closed in 30 days. That is the scale we are built for.

How our loans work

We lend $1M to $100M+ in first position on business purpose real estate transactions. A principal reviews the deal and makes the credit decision.

What “hard money” usually means

Asset-based financing, faster than a bank, fewer conventional overlays, and a lender who can make a decision. That part is true of Matchpoint.

Loan requirements

Our minimum loan is $1 million. Every loan is for a business purpose, made to a legal entity, and secured by Florida real estate. We do not make consumer mortgages.

What we actually do

First position private real estate credit for acquisitions, refinances, construction, luxury residential, multifamily, commercial, and land.

Who this is for

Sponsors, developers, and brokers who need a private lender that can sit across the table on a $10M, $25M, or $70M+ transaction and still move on a private timeline.
