Michael has spent more than 25 years originating private mortgages on Florida's finest residential and commercial real estate — over 1,200 loans closed and more than $2 billion in career volume. His relationships run through every corner of the South Florida market: the brokers who list its most significant properties, the developers who build them, and the title companies and counsel who close them. When a transaction has to happen on a deadline, Michael has usually closed one like it before.

Jarrett Posner

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Jarrett brings more than 30 years of real estate experience across Florida, Colorado, and New York — the construction, development, and management of thousands of properties, and over $2 billion in career transactions. As Co-Managing Member of The Posner Group, he has spent his career on the sponsor's side of the table. He underwrites a construction loan as someone who has run draw schedules and delivered buildings — because he has.
